Finally succeeded with my config (see below for details).

Method used :
1. Bios settings like described in USB Method, with Serial Port, USB3 and SATA3 disabled (still not tested).
2. I Booted with new iBootCD and created 2 partitions (1 for system, 1 for data), then I put the SL DVD.
3. OSX 10.6.0 installation -> Easybeast tool 10.6.0 -> reboot with -f option -> OSX 10.6.2 update installation -> NO REBOOT -> Easybeast tool 10.6 -> reboot with -f option. I checked firewire with my sound card and it worked perfectly.
4. Enabled my 9800GT graphic card with Multibeast (NVEnabler64.kext) => QE/CI then activated.

I still have a Windows7 on another HDD, so I can switch os at boot with Chameleon or F12.

Very nice job Tony !

Update

Following the iBoot+Multibeast, I easily updated my OS from 10.6.2 to 10.6.4. Great job

Since I got a SSD for my system, the OS is really fast. It's a real pleasure to see OS or apps starting in the twinkling of an eye

Update

Thanks to Multibeast 3.2.0, I updated to 10.6.6 with following kexts :
1. NVEnabler
2. Lnx2Mac's Network
3. USB3.0 - NEC : OnBoard USB3 is now recognized as super speed USB
4. Customization>System Definitions kext : now my hackintosh is finally recognized as a Core i7

I also tried a light overclocking with BIOS setup (BCLK enabled, BCLK 160, 20 multiplier => mem freq OC from 1333MHz to 1600MHz, and proc freq OC from 2,87GHz to 3,2GHz). I will take care how it behave, but it now seems to be stable and I slightly increased my Novabench (see below, before I scored 1200) with just 5°C more on the procs (36°C instead of 31°C).
