Hey guys so I currently have a 3,1 Mac Pro with a ssd installed in it. I was wondering if there was a workflow I could engage to move the ssd to my hackintosh. My hackintosh build is as follows.

SUPERMICRO X9DAi Extended ATX Server Motherboard Dual LGA 2011 DDR3 1600 (mobo)
Intel Xeon E5-2630 Sandy Bridge-EP 2.3GHz (2.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 2011 95W Six-Core Server Processor x2 (CPUs)
G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (8 x 4GB) (RAM)
RAIDMAX RX-1000AE 1000W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V (power)
Rosewill THOR V2-White Edition (case)
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 x2 (cooling)
gtx570 2.5gb currently patched to work n OS X.

I have a 300gb 10k drive that I plan on running windows in and my current running 128gb ssd that Id like to keep the same as it is transferred to my new hackintosh.

I also have a 6 tb software raid in my macpro that I assume will ill have to copy to externals and create again on my hackintosh.

Why don't you use Time Machine to backup your current status, then clean install Lion/Mountain Lion and then restore?
It seems to be the easiest and safest way to do it...
Hope others can provide other ways to do it, but I guess that is the best one ;)
Cheers!

Well I do use time machine. I was just curious if there were a way I could install the kexts and chameleon and just pop it into the new machine.
