My hack boots in 10.6.8 but my Mbp Not...?

Hi i upgrade my hack via combo update to 10.6.8 and everything went smooth besides audio [ no problem now ] but my MBP 2.53ghz , will not boot ??? strange is it??? Now i have to CCC it.........

I have heard of other "real" Macs having issues after the update as well.

Thnx , but i was my fault , it was formated in extended instead of journaled.. [ Ups.. jaja]
the funny part is that the Hack did not care , and it boot'ed normal...
