Comments:
My first new build and it had to be a hackintosh. I have always loved the look and capabilities Mac OS has offered to users in the form of excellent photography and video editing applications, productivity software and the simple intuitiveness of the operating system. In my case I did not have the funds for such an expensive purchase such as macs until I came across tonymacx86’s hackintosh forum and a hackintosh video on YouTube. I spent a month researching various builds that aligned within my budget, searching for endless video cards and the right computer case. The easiest hardware I purchased was from MicroCenter for $150 (Intel Core i5 2500K) which was on sale. Now, finally I have a Mac pro desktop comparable to Apple’s proprietary builds minus the steep price. The purpose of this build was specifically for amateur photography and video editing workstation for a soon to be college graduate. In the future possibly will build a high end hackintosh to dwarf my first build once I have more dough. Just loving it! Thank you to tonymac and all the other successful and helpful community members for posting their methods and builds to help me accomplish this endeavor. Without this unique community and helpful database this would not have been possible. Merci amis!

Gordo's GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 Golden Thread Guide
viewtopic.php?f=168&t=32306
Used UpdateHelper to get me from 10.6 -10.6.8, reboot, install 10.6.8 Combo Update, install MultiBeast kexts and software and Ethernet kext/driver, reboot! This took a couple of fresh installs to get my system working because of CPU power management KP.
For this specific board refer to Gordo's guide to ENABLE C-State and EIST in BIOS from AUTO.
In addition, make sure you are not using NullCPUManagement kext. It will prevent sleep, in my case I removed it, and finally achieved full SLEEP, WAKE functionality.
Audio
Use these default settings
System Utilities?
>Drivers & Bootloader>Audio
>ALC8XXHDA + AppleHDA rollback
Alternative Audio Fix but NOT necessary for this board since it works with the settings above in MB.

Graphics Card
This is if you have my video card: MSI Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 (1GB) (GeForce GTS 250 TwinFrozr OC 1GB)
Ran into trouble figuring this out but ultimately went the other route using the below text. I was running 64-bit option which did not allow my card to run 100% and gave me hell to get operational. EDIT: Issue Fixed.
Boot Options
32-bit Apple Boot Screen (If you have this specific card!)

Works OOB under Lion 10.7.3 using 64bit Apple Boot Screen.

Added new monitor to the setup!
March 8, 2012
Added Windows HDD and entered triple boot domain!
Three monitors using the two DVIs on the GTS 250 using DVI->VGA adapters, and 1 VGA -> cable for the third monitor using the VGA port of the motherboard. I could probably use the HDMI/DVI port of the motherboard to achieve another possible 2 monitors under Windows.
Everything works great! My machine is suitable for all my needs on all three OS platforms.

Full SLEEP and WAKE with out any additional kexts to achieve it, some minor editing of work log.
