Should have sound.
Run Multibeast 6.2 - Select "Drivers" - Select "audio" - Select "Realtek ALC8xxx" - Select either with or without DSDT, in your case PROBABLY without but you shouldn't break anything either way. - Select ALC892 - click the "build" tab at the top, then "install" at the bottom right, reboot. Should have sound.
