Hello good hackintoshers :)
I've been searching here for a while trying to find the best Dual-Boot build for development/programming and gaming.
I have a build I received from a store salesman in my country (Israel) and it's not so cheap so I want to make sure everything is good and compatible.
I would appreciate if you could tell me what do you think about it, if it's suitable for a hackintosh and whether I should maybe upgrade or change something.

Here it is: (Sorry if I include too much details I just don't want to miss mentioning anything important)

Ok, so I'll go over the parts:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z490 Ultra Durable
A lower-end Z490 board, but it is Hackintoshable. The Z390 version had many Hackintoshes made about it.

Memory: HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz C16
This should work, as this is Kingston memory. There are some Hackintoshes with similar HyperX memory.
Good CAS latency and good frequency.

Graphics: Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 5700 XT
Really good choice. I have the Special Edition and it is very quiet and has good performance

Storage: XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB
Decent. Adata SSDs aren't known for the longest lifespan or quality... It will work, for a few years, but I would try to get some from Samsung or Western Digital if you want it to last 10+ years.

Hard Drive: Toshiba P300 7200RPM 2TB
Toshiba is a reliable hard drive brand. Good choice.

Case: Antec NX800
Antec isn't known for their fans, so if you want it quiet, get some Corsair, be quiet! or Noctua fans.
Antec is an OK case company.

Power Supply: Antec EARTHWATTS Gold Pro 650W
Antec is a good PSU brand. You can expect it to last 7+ years.
PSU is Semi-Modular, which means some cables are pre-attached, and the rest you can attach or detach.
80Plus Gold Certification, which means that this has the standard energy efficiency.

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock Slim
be quiet! coolers tend to be a bit hard to install, but the silence makes up for it.
A pretty basic cooler. If you want better aesthetics, you could get a Dark Rock Slim.

Monitor: Asus TUF VG249Q
Asus is a great monitor brand. This is a 1080p monitor, so you won't be able to get your full performance out of your 5700 XT, even though it is 144Hz. I personally would've tried to get a 27" over a 24", and a 1440p 120Hz instead.

Wifi & BT: Fenvi FV-T919
Really good choice. I have one as well and it works great. Definitely a good choice.

Did you use these parts? What works and what doesn't? I'm looking at the same motherboard

I switched everything except the case lmao. It should arrive in a couple of days. I took the Z490 Vision D since I'm planning to follow along CaseyJ's Vision D guide, I assume you can do the same with the Z490 Vision G if it's in your budget.
