wrong Bus Speed

Installed 10.8.4. by UniBeast and MultiBeast. It all works fine. Memory Speed is 1866 Mhz.
One problem BUS SPEED shows 400 MHz.

Is this true? If not, whether the system at its current speed or at the rate the show?
Tried to put Mac Pro 3,1 and 5,1 no change.

The Bus Speed on my MB specs - 5000 MHz.

My system:
Asus Sabertoorh X79.
i7 3930k
GTX 650ti

The installation should start with parameter npci=0x3000 or npci=0x2000. Both work.
Without it I could not get.
Now I have stated npci=0x3000.
