Won't boot after time machine restore

My system wouldn't boot after doing some updates. I decided I would attempt to restore a Time Machine backup before the updates. I went in to the Clover boot recovery option and restored from my most recent backup. Now my machine has only 1 clover boot option (when it used to have several. Install Mac OSX, Standard boot, And Recovery).

I get the Apple logo, but then it just keeps spinning and then eventually freezes. Any thoughts on how I can get my system back?
