Systems on separate disk:
1. SSD witch 10.11.2 (UEFI)
2. SSD witch Windows 10 (UEFI)

When i'm trying to boot windows from clover menu i get spinning wheel from loading system, after it i get only black screen and i must force restart. When i choose (F12) boot partition for windows it's starts normally. OS X starts well every time.

click start, type msinfo32 and hit enter. Does the resulting screen show UEFI boot mode?
Windows 10 should have shown 5 icons in Clover - which one are you selecting to boot from?

I had similar problem, I couldnt boot, if my both disks were connected, also I had in bios false boot options. I fixed everything by updating bios, now everything works fine!

Same Problem here!
In my case i even wasn't able to install Windows 10 from the clover Boot menu (just showed me blinking cursor) so i had to choose the install Medium in the bios Order and installed Windows 10 that way.

Did anybody found a solution?

Yes UEFI boot mode.
Boot Microsoft EFI boot menu from EFI - this partition i chose in clover GUI
In BIOS, do you have OS set at Other or at Windows and is CSM enabled or disabled?
