WiFi showing as not connected in Settings, but connected to WiFi

I've got a bit of strangeness going on. In my efforts to get Ethernet working (which I finally did), something has gone wonky with my WiFi settings. WiFi shows up in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and I'm able to toggle it on and off, but in System Settings/Network, it shows as not connected. In System Information, Ethernet shows as en0 and WiFi as en1, which I believe is normal, but WiFi is showing no IP:

Since I can see my Hack in AirDrop on my iPhone, I know WiFi is working. Any thoughts on what might be causing this weirdness and what I might do to correct it?
