WI-FI and Bluetooth USB micro adapter - Can I trust it ?

I want know your opinion regarding the wi-fi and bluetooth usb micro adapters, like this one:
This works fine with hackintosh ? I am worry because my internet is 100% wi-fi and my keyboard is bluetooth so I need both connections to be stable. Can I trust this usb micro adapters ? Or should I go other way ?

The mobo I choose is this one: Gigabyte Z77-ds3h

USB micro/nano adapters will work if they are compatible with OS X. You can't just buy any adapter and hope for the best, pick one that you know works.

Not sure if I've seen small adapters for WiFi, but I'd probably buy something with a bigger/better antenna for that.
