why OS grayed out in unibeast install?

attempting to create a usb boot disc with unibeast 6, but both El Captain and Yosemite are grayed out. I have downloaded the Yosemity dmg and placed it in the application folder. I then tried putting it on the target USB drive itself, still the OS's are grayed out and cant continue. Help!

You have to double click to open the dmg file and then double click to run the program inside. It should then generate the required Install app in the Applications folder.
