Webcam stop working since updated 10.9.2

Since the latest update webcam c270 stopped working. Microphone works fine after I changing another USB port, but webcam haven't been fixed yet. (webcam works fine in Win & Logitech webcam software Mac version) Any ideas ?

I followed the same link and although its full of useful information, none of that worked for me... it was a problem with splash top. I have linked here

My issue was iDisplay. variant of AirDisplay. The uninstaller left two kext

/System/Library/Extensions/MSMFramebuffer.kext
/System/Library/Extensions/MSMVideoDevice.kext

I deleted these and rebooted. Webcam works now.

It actually fixed some other issues as well that I couldn't figure out for the longest time. Adobe Illustrator and Chrome was starting and hanging for a few seconds. After removing these kext, those two apps run fine now.
