VMWare Fusion being buggy and makes the system freeze

Hey all,

On my Notebook i'm trying to use VMWare Fusion right now, but it is far from perfect. Most of the time,the guest makes the host freeze for several seconds(means both freeze, but i can't even do a thing on the host).
Right now i don't have an idea what the reason could be. Virtualization is enabled in the Bios of course.

PS: if it doesn't work on my notebook it's no problem either, as this really only was a test of the capabilites to know what it will be like to be running 2 VMs on an i5 ivybridge OC with OSX and vmware Fusion.

Version of VMWare Fusion?

I've been using VMWare Fusion 2 in Leopard (MBPro17" 2008, 4GB ram), 3/3.1 in SnowLeopard and Lion, and 4 in Lion using i5 (8GB Ram) and i7 (16GB ram) and I've been finding it works nice with reasonable sized VMs given the memory/RAM available. Always keep an eye on you memory usage in Activity or some other monitor.
