Ventura 13.6.3 on Haswell i5-4690 GA H97-D3H - OC 0.8.5 & OCLP 1.3.0

I know, I still plan to use the iGFX which seems to be supported

Hi thank you for sharing this success. I used to run Catalina using an old method. Would you mind sharing your EFI?
Thanks!
Hi there attached is my EFI, you need to generate your own serial.
I'm not sure this will work right away just as @Feartech said. But at least this will ease you built your Ventura...

Cheers...

Done!

I have a 4770K i7.
I am indeed still having some issues booting (Fresh install).
Everything used to work well with Clover (HighSierra + nvidia driver ofc). Now I cannot either see the install partition and/or the online installer just black screens -> goes back to the OC boot screen.
Is there anything different I have to do to be able to fresh-install?
(I physically removed the GTX960 from the PC)

there is no support for your Haswell Intel Graphics in Ventura

you will need to use a compatible AMD card, or use a previous version of macOS

That's a bit sad, yet expected. Thank you very much for the help.
If you allow me a last question:
I've been reviewing the provided EFI folder, it looks like it's supposed to have some sort of UI configured. The only thing I see is a black screen with white text (only windows shows up, no installer), how can this be expected? it looks like it's not loading the config.plist correctly.
My EFI partition was empty, I populated it the provided folder, the structure should be fine.

which EFI?

which EFI?
The EFI of the USB drive I've loaded with the Ventura installer.
I just unplugged all other drives containing EFI partitions. And I indeed now enter a black screen state :D nice that's some sort or progress I guess (OC does not load at all)

At the moment I have:
keyboard mouse and usb drive on the USB bus.
Ethernet cable connected
dvd burner on the sata bus
a wifi (it was compatible OOB with HSierra) on the PCIex 1x bus.

I'll try to remove the wifi card
