In menu's and loading a map everything seems fine. When loading a map I get up to 380FPS. But as soon as the rendering starts: 30 - 60 FPS. I have tried some AML's I found on here specifically for VEGA64 (like the performance enhanced SSDT for Radeon). They seem to raise FPS from 30-50 till 50-70 ish, but are not fixing the problem.
A game like Planet Coaster is running a lot better, but still not what it should be.
I could use some help. Maybe there are some things I overlooked.
