USB3 becomes inactive after awhile

Hi,
So i have this usb hub hooked to my USB3 socket, where most of everything is connected through there, keyboard/mouse/audio interface..
After i leave the computer on for a whole day, it seems that USB/USB hub is not working, but other sockets (USB2 probably) are working, and if i connect the mouse there to restart the machine, it's ok then.. and after restart everything is working again.

Idea's?
How can i debug this?

How did you get the USB 3 to work in the first place? Are you using the port limit patch or are you using a custom patch?
