upgrading one of my 4530s from i3-2310m to i7-2670qm and in need of some assistance

Extract on target machine. Transfer via USB/email/internet/etc. Patch on the working Mac/Hack.

You can use PBI-CE to generate SSDT (must be executed on target). Or you can run ssdtPRgen.sh directly: https://github.com/Piker-Alpha/ssdtPRGen.sh

Anyway at all to patch SSDT on another machine? also what changes do I need to make to my config.plist?
the one attached is from my working install with i5 2430m and 8g ram the machine that im having bother with is i7 2670qm and 4g ram

I don't understand the question. There is no patching of SSDT required.

Use PBI-CE to generate config.plist.

PBI-CE won't finish install as I can only boot in -x

could I install clover onto hhd connected to another hak via usb?

Looks like it.. I have already installed like 3 times with clover and twice with uni beast and mavericks, keep getting same outcome PBI/PBI-CE wont finish and will only load os in safe boot.

It says installation failed instead of successful at the end!!

Check /var/log/install.log for reason.
