Updated to Clover with El Capitan - Now Windows doesn't boot!

Hey guys!

I have a problem with my Windows installation.

I intalled Windows over 1 year ago with this guide:

Both OS are installed on 1 SSD. I have 1 HDD for documents, both OS share the HDD.
Windows installed first!

So i updated my Bootloader to Clover when El Capitan was releaed...OS X works fine. But since then Windows won't boot.

Bios Settings:

• Windows 8 Features = Windows 8
• SCM Support = never
• Secure Boot = disabled

Partition Scheme:

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical): #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *250.1 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS Macintosh SSD 159.5 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
4: Microsoft Basic Data 89.7 GB disk0s4
/dev/disk1 (internal, physical):
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *1.0 TB disk1
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk1s1
2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HDD 500.1 GB disk1s2
3: Microsoft Basic Data WINDOWS HDD 499.8 GB disk1s3

Here is what happens if I choose the Windows Booting option:



It seems to me that clover wants to boot from the HDD instead from the SSD.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Did you install Clover UEFI mode or Legacy mode? From the description, you installed it UEFI. For your dual boot you should have used Legacy mode.

I would change it if i knew how

edit: i installed clover legacy version with multibeast. Now i got a new option in the clover boot menu. But the result is the same...no change

windows ist still impossible to boot.

In config.plist try changing
<key>Legacy</key>
<string>PBR</string>

to

<key>Legacy</key>
<string>LegacyBIOSDefault</string>
