Up-To-Date Program

Hey guys,
Just been looking at the Apple website and their Up-To-Date Program (http://www.apple.com/creativity-apps/mac/up-to-date/) and was wondering if you could do this on a Hackintosh. I really want these programs, but dont want to pay so if anyone knows anything I would really appreciate it.

This program requires you to have at least one real Macintosh purchased during that time frame.

It will not work for Hacks, you need to purchase it.
