Unknown Picture Error in Mavericks Installer

Hey all,

I'm attempting to install Mavericks on my Lenovo IdeaPad Y510P and when the install finally boots up, I get these unknown picture errors. Does anyone have any experience with this error?

It is looking for a keyboard. Press the spacebar to see if you get past it. Otherwise, plug in a USB keyboard.
