UniBeast will not recognize "Installation Type" during install to my thumbdrive

I'm currently running 10.6.8 on my MultiBeast which has been a very reliable machine.

The instructions for upgrade to "Mavericks" seem straight ahead but UniBeast will not allow me to "select" an OS System - what I see are four (4) unelectable round icons
The thumb drive is Brand New and formatted according to TonyMac's instructions
Any thoughts?

You either have a non-legal copy of Mavericks or you improperly copied your legal copy of the app from another machine.
