The audio built-in to your motherboard is the Realtek ALCS1200A. This is a supported Audio codec in AppleALC.kext. VoodooHDA.kext is not as good as AppleALC.kext and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary when every other option has failed.
You will need to try each of the following layout-id's in your config.plist to see which works with your Asus Tuf B550 board.
Known working layout-id's for ALC S1200A codec - 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 20 & 21
Your config.plist probably already contains alcid=1 boot argument. All you need to do to check to see if one of the other id's work is to replace the number 1 with an alternative id number. Then reboot your system to see if the new id has worked.
It is always best when changing elements in the config.plist to use the ResetNvram.efi tool from the OC boot screen, to make sure any previous settings held in Nvram are removed before the new settings in the config are used.
Regarding the Intel Bluetooth issues you need to read and follow the Intel Bluetooth Installation guide, which has specific steps for installing macOS Monterey.
