I already had to send one back that didn't work. I doubt Amazon will be as compliant with a second after having it for several months. These boards don't have a very good rating on Amazon anyway (normally, I never would buy a product with 3.5 stars, but I wanted the high compatibility). I ordered a new Z77 board a few days ago.

RMA it direct to gigabyte, if it's still under their warranty which it probably is, get it replaced and then sell it to offset your new z77
