Trying to build a stable hackintosh

Hi all,

I have an older spare computer and would like to know if its possible to build a stable hakintosh with my hardware. I am running an evga x58sli motherboard. Core 17 980. And an Rx 580 which has been my most recent purchase. I also have 12gb of ram and an ssd. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Possible but not easy. EVGA boards are not the best choice for a hackintosh. Better to use Asus or Gigabyte if possible.

You can try. But I am not aware of anybody who use EVGA motherboards for MacOS so if you encounter a problem it may be difficult to find help.
