Trouble Creating a UniBeast USB Thumb Drive

Hi all
I have OS X Lion 10.7.3 running on VMware in Windows.
I didn't download installation file of mavericks from App store and just copied an ".app" file from a DVD to my Mac and putted in to Application folder.
But when i'm using "Unibeast 4.0" for creating bootable USB disk, the massage "Your selected Mac OS X Installer is incomplete..." appears and fails me to continue.
Just read some articles and comments on this site, but they didn't help me.
Is there any solution for this?

4. UniBeast will detect which purchased install applications you have in /Applications and will only allow for choosing one if you have multiple versions. You also need to choose Laptop Support or Legacy USB Support before choosing the appropriate OS version.

Then i should go download a new purchased .app installer from Mac App Store?
