TP-link Archer T6E not detected in Mojave

I just did a successful installation of Mojave 10.14.5. Everything works perfect. I installed a TP-Link Archer T6E PCIe card with other people suggesting it works OOB. But Mojave does not detect any card. Any idea what could be wrong?

I also had trouble with my T6E, which started after installing 10.14.4. There is another thread where this was discussed.

10.14.4 No Wifi

When I upgraded from 10.14.3 to 10.14.4 I lost my wifi. It says "WiFi No Hardware Installed." I just did the standard software update via System Preferences. I replaced my T6E with a T9E (though it's the Rosewill version) and it works great. I believe something changed with macOS starting in 10.14.4 that prevents the T6E from being recognized.

I have a T6E working in Mojave but I have no idea how. If someone smart wants to come along and try to help, I'll offer any info I can. This is how it shows up in System Info:
