I had a fully working Ventura install, and I completely changed the HD setup in the machine. (MacOS remained on the same drive, in the same SATA slot it was always on, 1).

My general PC Setup was insane. I removed 3 500 GB drives to add a 4TB SATA drive and M2 SSD. What remains is the M2, and 4 SATA drives, including the SSD MacOS is on (There are 2 more SATA drives from the old setup still installed. )

OC is installed on MacOS's drive, and even setting up a fresh install USB with the same setup does the same.

It always boots with a centered tiny window (which I'd call 800x600, I'm not sure what that would look like on a 4K monitor, it may be bigger.)

It does boot though. I just can't used it, or the installer. (A reinstall was my first thought)

I'm almost sure I changed nothing in the BIOS.

Has anyone seem something similiar? config.plist attached.

First thing to try after a hardware change is to clear NVRAM.
