Time Machine calculates wrong size

When i want to make a Time Machine Backup it calculates 924GB for Backup.
But only 480Gb are used!
Then Backup fails and says 1,1TB needed for a full backup!

Make sure you're excluding any external/secondary drives from the backup- sometimes Time Machine wants to back up more than just the boot drive.
