!!!system uptime in nanoseconds: Xxxxxxx please help!!!

So today I decided to update my multi east which I now regret. With the new update came new settings and I thought I knew what I was doing. Long story short Ive tried booting up and keep getting hit with this same error. I've tried every combination of boot flags but for the life of me can't figure out why it's not working. Please help

when booting try the following boot flags.

-no-zp (TRY THIS FIRST )

maxmem=4096 -x

Thanks for the recommendation. I was actually able to fix the problem by simply restoring my Bios settings to optimized defaults. If I run into this problem again I'll be sure and try those Boot Flags first. Thanks again!!!
