Practically all kernel panics end with "System uptime in nanoseconds", it is a measure of the time that the system was up before the KP brought it down. Unfortunately it is useless for problem diagnosis, it is the text that precedes it that contains the relevant information.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you
