System restart after Apple logo loading bar (verbose mode screenshots)

I've had this problem for a while where my system restarts when trying to boot Sierra. The loading bar on the Apple logo slowly loads and then the system restarts. Here are screenshots booting in verbose mode, any suggestions are much appreciated:

boot into recovery and do a first aid on your drive

I did that and got the same error:

I do have the files backed up and I'm considering re-installing the OS but I wanted to make sure my options are exhausted.

could be a hardware failure, good that you have a backup, you may need to try another drive if a format doesn't help
