Quick post of my build. All picked up from a Micro Center Binge.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X99-UD5 WIFI
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 16GB Kit
Processor: Intel i7-5820K[
Cooling: Existing Corsair H100i
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 960
Storage: Existing Samsung SSD 840 PRO 512GB
Display: Asus PB287

Took me a few hours as this is probably a little more technical than my prior build. Ran through the existing X99 thread for installation. There is a video and tons of search results.

Pre Install Notes:
- I removed the Wifi/BT adapter post install but maybe dump it sooner. Not worth my time as my existing USB BT does the job and I am wired. Rainy day..
- Disable VT-D in the bios. Cost me a few hours there.
- Booted Chimera for install with boot flag: npci=0x2000 nv_disable=1 -f -x -v
- Rebooted using the above boot flag to installer to copy the kernel

Post Install Notes:
- Rebooted using the above boot flag to install NVIDIA Web Drivers
- Installed Multicast with the following
- Trim Patch
- VooDooTSCSync for 6 Cores
- NullCPUPowerManagement
- Reboot with boot flag: npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1
- Installed Clover with the following
- UEFI booting only
- Drivers64UEFI OsxAptioFixDrv-64

Display is running at 3840x2160@60Hz. iMessages worked out of the box I can only assumes this is no longer an issue like before? Geekbench came in at 17575 might need to be addressed.

I'm up and looking forward to fine tuning the machine. So please feel free to let me know if you spot something off I love learning.

I get blank screen ???? do you know why ?

Everything works, apart from wifi ??? do you know the right option in multibeast ???

did you get onboard sound from GA X99 UD5 wifi working ?
Which method did you use ? (i use the terminal command from ALC audio for ALC1150 (toleda)...) all my devices are well recognised but no sound on speakers (i've tried all outputs and also change line outputs in audio settings in yosemite...)
