Hello.
After a long time, I decided to finally upgrade my old PC and build.
I had El Capitan on an old build but with really low specs.
In addition, I want to thanks to @slim.jim, @VioletDragon and the rest of this awesome community for helping me with this build, it wouldn't be possible to get it right and probably not even this new build without them. Big Thanks!
Now for the build.
Motherboard: MSI Z270 Tomahawk
CPU: Intel i7 7700K
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Red 16GB, DDR4 2400MHz
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 DUAL-GTX1070-O8G, 8GB GDDR5
Case: SilentiumPC Gladius M35
I have dual boot => Windows on SSD and Hackintosh on External HDD
The old build is on SSD too so I plan to replace it with the new one when I'm 100% sure I don't need anything from it, like if something bad happens with this new build in the future.
Pre Install:
I had to Install El Capitan on new build first because I couldn't download Sierra on the old build because changing SMBIOS did make the build not bootable no matter what I tried, but that probably won't be your case.
Installation:
Installation was pretty straight forward.
Post-Installation:
MultiBeast part:

- Download Sierra from App Store
- Make Bootable USB with UniBeast 7.1.1 (tonymacx86 guide)
- Add to your Bootable USB
- I had to Mount EFI and replace OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi with OsxAptioFix2Drv-fre2000 in /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI
- (optional) Also in my case, I use PS2 keyboard so I added newest RehabMan's VoodooPS2Controller; older versions could make your hackintosh throw kernel panic
- LAN Option ROM
- Network Stack
- Serial(COM) Port 0
- Parallel(LPT) Port
- Both Windows 8.1/10 and 7 restricted only installation
Installation:
Installation was pretty straight forward.
- Set FakeCPUID to 0x0506E3, because we are using KabyLake CPU which is not officially supported
- Boot into Installation from your USB with nv_disable=1
- Complete Installation wizard
- Now you should have Sierra Installed and need to complete Post-Installation
Post-Installation:
MultiBeast part:
- Quick Start > UEFI Boot mode
- ALC892 and 100 / 200 Series Audio kexts
- NVIDIA Web Drivers Boot Flag
- SMBIOS should be automatically selected to 14,2; 17,1 works too I guess
- Place IntelMausiEthernet, Lilu kexts on Desktop
- Open KextBeast and Install these kexts to /System/Library/Extensions
- Reboot and check if everything works fine > Ethernet and Audio should work now
Now to fix Graphics you need to:
- Install drivers for your OS X version from here
- Reboot > Select NVIDIA Web Driver and Reboot again
