I'm happy to report that my system is stable, with the following settings:

GA-Z97X-UD3H (F7 bios)
Intel i7-4970
Evga GT-740
Sandisk Extreme SSD
4x 8 GB Crucial Ballistix Elite
Corsair RM650 PSU
M-Audio firewire sound card
CSR chipped Bluetooth
Wireless apple keyboard
Magic Mouse

Bios settings:
Optimized defaults
IGP disabled
audio disabled
Vt-d disable
XMP1 Memory
-
everything else left as it is on "optimized defaults"

Installed with Unibeast, upon first boot I had to type in: GraphicsEnabler=No
Multibeast settings (attached screenshot)
System is working stable & fast.
I had some random freeze moments (I'm suspecting Google Chrome or Nvidia Web Driver), but for the last two days it's working 24/7.

notice: if you have any random freeze/lockups, try lowering the RAM settings to 1600 or 1333 Mhz and higher the voltage
