I seriously doubt that the issue is the same between laptop and desktop

My intuition tells me otherwise, and I've been a software developer for 18 years. But time will tell who is correct.

At any rate, this forum is for Desktops only.

@grseziek Mine doesn't even boot up the installer from 10.8.5 how did you patch the board?

@captain i suppose that our cpus arent recognized (yet) thus not making it work. (In 10.9) But i wonder how grseziek got his working in 10.8.5.. since we are using some 10.8.5 parts...

Just mod your bios with PMPatch

I've got my bios modded with PMPatch now

and i got nullcpu and fakesmc

what else do i need? i can't even reach the installer
