You could also have the Nvidia settings in NVRAM not being saved by the motherboard BIOS between reboots. If this is the case, see slim.jim's guide, Problem 6.

did every step described in step 6 and i actually can log in now without nv_disable=1. But everything still works very slow which means os x doesn't use my graphic card at all.
