Also use an up to date Clover version

I did update the APFS.efi before rebooting, but how do I update clover now that I cannot even boot into Mac?

You need OS X. Worst case scenario, Windows --> VM Mac to update Clover on a USB Thumb Drive

I think this might have figured it out looks like I accidentally put apfs.efi in the /usr/standalone/i386 folder as well.

Some odd reason can only get into Mac OS by clicking on Prebooter, whenever I click on update Mac OS (10.13.4) it boot loops, same with just boot from regular.

Everthing is good downloaded the 10.13.4 combo update and that worked.
