after update to 10.6.6 my system profiler /memory show :There was an error while gathering this information. any help

It's a bug in Chameleon. It won't affect your system's performance.

Seconded ditto.... but if its really bug u, maybe can look at smbios.plist edits... feels fake tho

change my Chameleon 2.0 RC5 r748 by Kabyl with experimental ATI to Chameleon 2.0 RC5 r700 from multi beast 3.2 . now bug fixed. thanks to sasan with out you i cant
