Here is my issue,

I did a fresh install of High Sierra and my WiFi was working OOB, but 2 days later the computer rebooted from a sleep state (power loss maybe?) and couldn't reboot. I was able to fix the boot issue by changing the DVMT to 128.

Now it's been a stable machine for a while, but the WiFi doesn't work anymore.
I can see the device in IORegExplorer but I can't seems to figure out what is the issue.

I tried AirportBrcmFixup kext, it didn't fix the issue.

If a fresh set of eyes could help me figuring out this issue it would be awesome. My debug is attached below

Power spikes/outages are notorious for messing with the CMOS settings (including those not accessible from the setup menu).
Try a CMOS reset - Then Optimised Defaults - Then redo all of the changes you made when you originally installed.
Also worth trying :
Power off.
Disconnect power lead.
Press and hold the On button for 30 secs (then release it).
Reconnect power lead.
Test.
