If you update Clover it will likely give you better cosmetics.
But you can inject whatever text you want if you inject "model" (can be done via AddProperties, or _DSM methods in ACPI, etc).

Read about config.plist/Devices/AddProperties in the Clover documentation.
And read about ACPI patching/property injection with _DSM methods.
There are many such examples on my github.

I will give it a look when I got more time but updating clover does fix the cosmetics and it looks very nice
