Soldering Question with USB header. (Using Guide)

Im currently using this guide here. viewtopic.php?f=76&t=31027
I have all the parts and nowthe only part confusing me is which cable from the USB header to the pins on the bluetooth. My usb header has Two green, two white, two red, and one black cable coming out of it. The guide suggests D+ and D- to a pin. Which cable is which for which pins? Here is a picture I took from the thread with a wiring layout which is what I need help with.

Is the cable your using a double usb cable? ie it has a 10 pin connector (2x5) instead of a single 1x5. If you have a continueity meter use this to identify the voltage (red), ground (black), D+ (Green), D- (white) all from the same side of the connector.
