slow internet with apple bcm49360cd on macOS Catalina

hey everyone

for some reason I cannot get my eBay bought apple bcm49360cd wifi/bluetooth pic card to function properly under OS X Catalina .
it finds my network an connects fine. bluetooth is great even works at boot screen.
problem is speed. Getting terrible internet speeds. Tested on my real Macs and an getting 120mbps on them, but 15mbps on my hack.

I suppose I didn't map the ports properly perhaps, I really don't know what I'm doing.
Board= Gigabyte z390 arous elite
Proc= i78700
gfx rx570

note: I didn't actually map the USB ports I used most of my settings from

try remove the airportbrcmfixup and try again. And i have take a look at your config. you should set your smbios to imac 18.x , plugin type=1, uncheck generate plugin type for better power management

Yea i tried removing bcmfixup and had same result. Thank you for the reply. I will try other options and let see if i have improvements. It is wierd though every once in a while ill get like 120mbps but usially hovering at about 20-25. Upload is at like 16mbps

if you want to use airportbrcm fixup, you need to check fix airport and/or fake id in clover config. please try again with fix airport enabled and fake wifi devices : 0x436014E4

tried everything except the fake wifi which isn't in my clover config anywhere that I can see....same results maybe this card is bad. I have seen it hit 114mbps on one test though

Here is the "fake wifi" . And are you using a VPN?,I see the VPN icon is showing in the menubar

I only use the vpn when downloading stuff. I installed windows abd im getting the same speeds. Card or adapter probly faulty
