When transferring files internally on my HDD, it takes 2 hours to copy a 12.5GB to a different part of the hardrive. that works out to like 2 Mb/s. What would be the first step diagnosing this? Im using a z97 mobo connected through SATA express.
This drive speed when I do a test is also low, around 50 mb/s. IS there anything i could do connection wise, or in the bios, or drive, to speed this up?
