If nv_disable das help to boot into the system you need to remove all NVDA*kexts from /S/L/E and start with the webdriver installation from the beginning!!! Anyway before installing the webdriver apply the agdpfix!!!

I change my Graphic Card to R9 270X ,and boot with 'cpus=1' will going into system.But When I remove 'cpus=1' I will got a cpu painc. How to fix it ?

Did you enable KernelPM in Clover Configurator?

Then select it! It might be compulsory for your board as I clearly wrote in my guide...

no use bro, I enabled KernelPM,but still got cpu panic

Any other additional card or decice? Just 1 graphics card?

Then it mist be Bios Setting! We have tje identical configuration! It must work... cannot help you further... sorry
