Sierra Installer Freezes

I'm trying to install MacOS Sierra on my Dell Vostro 3500 (I5 450M, Intel HD Graphics) but the installer always freezes.

You need a Core 2 duo CPU or for newer macOS versions, a Core i processor with supported graphics. i3, i5, i7 with HD3000 or better.

Your 450M integrated graphics have no support. They are generic "Intel HD" graphics which Apple never used.

The Apple Macbook from 2010 uses a Core 2 Duo and dedicated Nvidia GeForce 320M graphics.

Are you sure it's a 3500 ? All I see for that is a newish Intel 11th gen laptop.
