[Sandy Bridge] PC Upgrade advices

I asked to delete my older post to write this and be shorter

I have to upgrade my pc, just new CPU+MoBo+RAM

I need to buy something cheap, but in the same time durable as much as possible.

CPU will be i3-2100 due to low price.
Ram 2x2gb 1333

The problem is Mobo:

after many (...so many) researches I found these:

Gigabyte:
GA-H67A-UD3H-B3 (131€)
GA-HA65M-UD3H-B3 (75€)
GA-H67MA-USB3-B3 (rev. 1.0) (86€)

Asus:
P8H67-V (119€)
P8H61-M EVO (89€)
P8H67-M EVO (102€)
P8H67-M PRO (86€)

Which one is the best buy? which one is the best for hackintosh?

Should Asock be a valid alternative? or with hackintosh I could have problems?

yes, maybe... you're "just a bit" biased in favour of giga PP so, which one of three I listed?

and.. anyone else could say me something about Asus e Asrock?

I'm still looking for a mobo for my upgrade... I decided to switch to z68 because of its lot of connections ( >=6 sata) and triple pci-e (16x + 8x + 4x) so... now I must choose between 2 mobo I think are the top for my budget:

Asus P8Z68-V 123,90€ (178 USD)
Gigabyte GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 136€ (195 USD)

No one has said anything about ASUS yet, so, I hope that you could just tell me why is the best choise between these 2 mobos and especially why
