UPDATE: you mut have been right, I basically used my USB installer and downgraded to 10.14 with Safari 12
Works fine now.
I might leave it there for anyway, I don't use Safari

I'm on OS 10.13.6, updated to safari 13 4 days ago and this morning I couln't boot.
I reinstalled mac OS via the recovery partition, now my hackintosh works sort of fine, but I have safari 11.1.2 and the app store somehow thinks I have 13.0 and doesn't allow me to update...
