1. I only used the motherboard tray and the back I/0 from mountain mods http://www.mountainmods.com/mountain-mods-modular-removable-motherboard-tray-p-56.html. I reversed engineered the back panel of this build to avoid using a back panel, explanation here https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/rickyreall84s-g5-yin-yang-build.185081/.
2. I used painters tape on the inside of the cd slot. The above link explains how I did it. It took a lot of trial and error.
3. The gutted out PSU is nothing special and I used to have pictures up of it but I had to delete them.
