I'd start at the beginning of the EFI guide and reformat the EFI partition. Then you can set it active. Good luck!

I did start at the beginning thats why i said at the mount_hfs part it doesnt work. how do i format efi partition

STEP 2: REFORMAT AND MOUNT YOUR EFI PARTITION

1. Open Applications/Utilities/Terminal
2. Type: sudo -s
3. Type: newfs_hfs -v EFI /dev/disk0s1
4. Type: mkdir /Volumes/EFI
5. Type: mount_hfs /dev/disk0s1 /Volumes/EFI

You did this and the mount_hfs error came up?

yes, but let me go to disk utility and try to format efi partition

Ok nevermind I fixed it. I got it to boot from HD without the disc again, but now it's just getting it to boot with the other windows 7 hard drive plugged in.

Hey so I still need help booting with both hard drives plugged in. I set the snow hd to boot first and when it boots with windows 7 hard drive it just freezes at mount, but when It is the hard drive by itself it boots fine.

My guess is that when Windows was set up, your other drive wasn't in- the Windows MBR may not want to play nice with the other Primary drive. I've heard of Windows stuff like this happening with dual boot OS X rigs. Just thought that now that Windows 7 was out, it would be over... oh well.

I suggest reinstalling Windows with the other drive plugged at DVD boot.
